Shipping & Delivery

We deliver to any address in Switzerland. We do not deliver abroad, including to Liechtenstein; but you can order to a Swiss address, for example to someone you would like to give a gift to.

The value of the goods per delivery address is decisive. If you have orders delivered to several addresses, we calculate each address separately. The shipping costs are stated in our offer.

We ship as soon as your payment has been received. Your parcel usually reaches you within 3 to 5 working days. If a delivery is delayed, we will get in touch with you. If the goods have still not arrived more than 2 weeks after the stated delivery time, you can withdraw from the purchase and get your money back.

Monfortelli are available roughly from October to January, while stocks last. If you would like them for Christmas, please pre-order them by the end of October. Before Christmas, demand is high and Swiss Post is very busy. If you need the truffles by a specific date, please order early. A fixed date only applies if we have confirmed it to you in writing.

We send your order with Swiss Post. We pack the truffles so that they reach you well protected.

If a parcel is lost on its way to you, we will send you the goods again free of charge.

Please look at your delivery straight away. If the packaging is visibly damaged, please take a photo of it straight away. If anything is damaged, wrong or missing, write to us within 5 days at pm@patriterra.ch, ideally with photos. More on this on the “Returns & Complaints” page.

If the address is wrong, you refuse delivery or you do not collect a parcel within the collection period, it is returned to us. We will send it to you again, provided the goods are still in perfect condition, and charge you the additional shipping costs. In this case we cannot refund the purchase price, because we cannot resell returned food.
