Payment

All prices are in Swiss francs including VAT. Payment is only due once you have confirmed our offer.

You pay in advance, whether as a private individual or as a company:

1. You confirm our offer.
2. We send you an invoice with a QR code.
3. You pay it within 10 days by e-banking or banking app.
4. As soon as the money has reached us, we send off your Monfortelli.

If no payment has been received after 10 days, the order lapses.

If we refund you anything, we transfer the money to your account. It may take a few days to reach you.
